Sometimes I want your Excel sheet. Sometimes I want to understand why you are still saying yes. And sometimes I will remind you that the numbers in front of you are real, but they are not the limit of what is possible from here.

I believe in cash flow, contracts and consequences. I also believe in energy, manifestation and the spiritual laws that have shaped the way I live my own life.

For 25 years, I have worked across finance, audit, investment banking, risk, technology, transformation and entrepreneurship.

At Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking, I was responsible for operations and risk across a €2 billion financing portfolio. I have worked with senior leaders inside complex international businesses, built teams, advised executives and entrepreneurs, and spent a large part of my career being the person people brought in when something important had to be understood and handled.

I am also a mum to a teenager.

So when we talk about a consequential business decision, I understand that there may be a family sitting behind it, a child who still needs you when you close the laptop, a partner, a mortgage, plans for the future and a life you have worked very hard to build.

And I know personally what happens when a capable woman carries too much for too long.

My body stopped in my early forties. I have liquidated a business.

Those experiences made me realized that trying to carry everything alone was never a sign of courage, strenght or greatness. It can lead to overwhelm or worse.

There can be an enormous amount worth protecting while something - or many things - still urgently need(s) to change.

That is the place where I do some of my best work.
